Hello friends, family, and all who stop by my page, I am a 23 year old Morehouse College graduate, and currently a corps member in Teach for America (teachforamerica.org). I teach in the Gary, Indiana. I am a graduate of Jesup W. Scott High School and I continue to have residence in the Old West End of Toledo, Ohio. As you know, I am an Obama Pledged Delegate to the 9th Congressional District in Toledo, Ohio. I am writing this blog for all friends, family, guests, and all who help sponsor me for the Democratic National Convention in August.

Arrival in Denver

 I arrived in Denver at 9:18 MT. I am at the Curtis Hotel, real nice and contemporary with many themed rooms. Everyone seems nice and excited. At the airport I met Harold Ford, took a picture with Al Sharpton, and rubbed elbows with Mayor Michael Coleman of Columbus, Ohio. A great start to a great week!!
